But if the original poster wanted to refer to messages of a specific version
of a specific pdf reader, he would have had better chances to be helped if
he mentioned these details... *sigh*

Sounds like Adobe marketing made up that word. After all, any signed PDF can
be introduced in a LTV workflow as long as the signature can be positively
validated (unless encryption implicitly prohibits LTV processing) and,
therefore, can be called "LTV-enabled".
