Hi,

Two points:

*1. Adobe Reader shows full chain*

I just started a new Windows 7 virtual machine with no Internet connection,
so I installed Adobe Reader XI and opened one of the signed documents.

The chain appears correctly, showing the full path and mentioning that the
cert path is valid.

I used 'portecle' tool to examine the signer certificate, and I didn't find
additional certificates or references to the rest of the chain, but Adobe
is stil showing it.

>From where Adobe Reader is gathering the data about the certificate chain
if the Internet connection is disabled, none of those certificates has been
trusted, and Adobe was just installed for the first time on this system?

I think the chain is being stored somewhere in the smart card, but I cannot
find that place yet.

Any idea where is Adobe taking the chain data from?

*2. getCertificateChain () always return only signer's certificate*

How can I get the rest of the chain if the getCertificateChain () method
always returns a single certificate?

I am doing this because I would like to add all LTV verifications for all
certs in the chain, and then make the document LTV-enabled.

Thanks in advance.
