At first sight this warning and the extra info doesn't seem related to
your problem.
Based on this info, I'd guess you've found a bug in iText.
There's an unexpected '>' character somewhere.
< and > are used frequently in PDFs.
For instance << and >> are used to distinguish a PDF dictionary.
< and > are used to distinguish a PDF String expressed in hexadecimals.
The error tells you that iText encountered a closing bracket that
shouldn't be there.
We'll have to look at the PDF and find that closing bracket to see why
iText doesn't like it.
