Thanks Alexis. That’s what I thought.

My challenge is that everything must be do-able offline – i.e. zero internet 
connectivity, so using a web service etc. would cause an issue.

iText is a Java library. An official C# port (iTextSharp) exists. However, no 
Objective-C port has been endorsed, afaik.
Unless you really need the PDF file to be created offline on the device, you 
could delegate the generation of the file to a web service (that you would 
implement in either Java or C#).
