ok - this is strange, then... How reliably can you get it to fail with the 67M file, and how reliably can you get it to not fail with the 81M file? In other words, if you put these in a loop and do one, then the other, 25 times, will the 67M file always fail?
Another detail here that may be important is that the file is failing to parse, so it's entering an attempt to rebuild. This should not, generally speaking, cause mapping to fail - but it is interesting and may be somehow related. If the failure doesn't happen in a development environment, then this becomes quite tricky to troubleshoot (assuming there actually is something to troubleshoot, of course - failed memory map operations are almost always caused by something deep in the OS). I'm not willing to rule out that we might be doing something incorrect (maybe not releasing a file map or something like that) - but this particular file would get loaded in two memory map operations so there isn't any churn going on or anything like that. -- View this message in context: http://itext-general.2136553.n4.nabble.com/Rebuild-failed-Map-failed-Original-message-Map-failed-tp4660182p4660196.html Sent from the iText - General mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Infragistics Professional Build stunning WinForms apps today!
