Hi Tilman,
Like you, i used the same steps : First export a template dataset
(to verify data and formats) and next import my CSV-File. This is working
ok!!. I have valid data on my Config Items.
My problem starts when i try to find out some register on this data.
The search tool (on Config Item screen) returns nothing!! (like if no CIs
were find out on my system).

Hi,
I always export a template dataset the first time before importing contents
to itsm. Then I use this template csv-file for pasting in my contents
(ci's). Afterwards I use this file for the import process. In my case this
is working quite fine.
