Hi,
Im using OTRS::ITSM 1.2.2, and i think is a great tool.
Ihave a problem searching Config Items : previously i imported a CSV file
with my CIs. This part worked OK!. The problem happen when i try search
inside this Category....no CIs are displayed....The data is there but i
cant find nothing!.
Any Idea?.
