When importing data some infos are mandatory: Deployment state, incident state, and name.
You can add a column with "Active" for deployment state of your device and "Operational" for incident state. (Active and operational are default otrs status). Name is also mandatory, you should use something unique to identify your equipment (as a Inventory number). If you still have some trouble please provide your csv-file and a description of the import column mapping. I made a template for export and import but only the export works fine. If i want make an import i get messages like "need DeplStateID" and "Need Name". I don't know what is wrong, i used the csv-file from export and add new rows, but it fails. Is it possible that the required fields from the web-formular or the id in the database the reason why it don't work?
