Hi,
currently you can't delete config items via the GUI or a provided script.
There exists a bug report (http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4952)
which you can subscribe to get notifications and to show how many users
needs the solution.
But although deleting config items is a common question here no one
subscribed this bug :(
Please notice that you can set config items to inactive and so on but
they will still get displayed. So this is very annoying if you make
errors, especially if you use the import function to add a lot of config
items in one go (I use a test system to reduce this risk for one-time
imports).
