Hi. I'm trying to set up a workflow in OTRS ITSM 3.2.1. I can create a Change, add conditions and workflows manually and run it all through the steps I want just fine. But adding all the conditions manually every time I create a change gets really old really fast. The documentation as well as numerous web pages Google found, it is indeed supposed to be possible to get conditions (and workorders?) into a template. Somehow. But all the templates I create are utterly devoid of any detectable content.
