 Title: Helpdesk/Service desk personnel

Location:- Chicago, IL 

Position: Contract 

 Special Skills:  

 Required

- Primarily a helpdesk/service desk personnel.

- Should have worked in similar capacity under ITIL guidelines at 
other clients/employers

- Should have strong knowledge of Desktop, Networking (TCP/IP), and 
Operating system software

- Strong experience dealing with Microsoft based technologies.

 

Preferred

- Knowledge of Middleware such as MQ, Tibco, and/or UL-Link

- Experience providing service desk support in AS/400 environments

- Experience working in similar high pressure environments (like 
banking or finance)
