Hi Team,
I have a program on iup-3.18 Lua 5.3, Win64 (also same issue with latest
3.22 version.
My program fails silently with wlua53.exe when UTF8 is enabled.
the problem line is
iup.SetGlobal("UTF8MODE","YES")
If that is removed, it works fine without UTF8.
Executed from iuplua53.exe, with UTF8 enabled, its perfectly normal, and
displays UTF8 fine.
