That's weird because the application should work with or without the Manifest only the appearance of the common controls . What's not working?
Regarding the default file, probably TEC_64 is not defined and has the same effect as commenting the manifest include, because the 32 bit manifest will not work for a 64 bit executable. Regarding the visual styles, the regular IUP test applications (pre-compiled available for download) the visual styles are OK?
