If we put everything together in a single library, then no, it is not legal. But we don't.
That's exactly why we split in several libraries. Each secondary library can have its own license if necessary. The documentation of each library reflects this. BTW the documentation cleary displays "Additional" for controls that are available in secondary libraries.
