While we normally wait two weeks before moving packages from testing to stable, we will proceed sooner in the case of security vulnerabilities. php54-5.4.28 was recently released, which included a CVE fix [1]. We are pushing this package to the stable repos early to sync up with the main php54 package, which is already in stable.
This package will be placed in the stable repos tonight. It may take up to 24 hours to sync with all mirrors.
