editline not working with msyql56u

Bug description:
We have received reports that editline is not working with mysql56u.
I was able to confirm that ^r (crtl +r) does not work. A few releases
back Oracle switched from using readline to editline for MySQL 5.6.
Somewhere along the way that functionality broke in our mysql56u
packages. I am working on updated packages to enable the editline
functionality.
