Hello Laurent, I'm not sure I understand your comment. This bug is for updating the IUS mysql56u package to 5.6.22. We pulled that package from the repos due to the bug described above. It was fixed in version 5.6.23, and the current version is 5.6.24.
You mentioned version 5.5.41. Are you using mysql55 (not mysql56u)? If you are, the current version is 5.5.43. If you are using our mysql55 package, try upgrading to that version and see if the problem persists.
