Hi Joel & Brian, Thanks for sharing info and suggestions, I will try with the latest/Feb-6 image again.
Actually I downloaded the latest on 21-Jan, luckly it worked well on my Intel Core2duo laptop, in fact browser worked, I could run few HTML5 apps in it. Finding it stable I though it shall similarly work on my board. Slowly layers started opening where I found EMGD is used in for the board I am using and latest EMGD x11 driver is not compatible with X11 1.13.x, thinking it to be related issue I spend much time searching here and there. Will try feb 6 image and update the post.
