Thanks for updating the docs!  I will try this as soon as I get a chance
(probably tomorrow).

BTW, Steve has pointed out to me that if you've set up your SSH config file
as directed, specifying the port number  (":29418") to gbs is unnecessary.

I'd suggest removing parameters from the example that ought to be
configured elsewhere, as it dilutes the point of the feature being
documented.  As an alternative, there could be a discussion of exactly what
each parameter means.

Since SSH being well configured is a pre-requirement, it might be well to
just point to the SSH configuration page-- For example "If this command
fails, make sure the SSH host configuration is established, as described in
<link to page>."
