GENIVI compliance specification covers a wide range of APIs at various levels of priority.
Some are used in Tizen. Some are available in Tizen, but not used. Some are not available currently in Tizen but will be later this year. Some are not currently available in Tizen but could be added depending on the HMI and application set that an IVI vendor wants to add for their product. There are systems that use Tizen that have been approved as GENIVI compliant in the past. We expect there will be more systems this year using Tizen that will be approved as GENIVI compliant.
