I think the one Qt5 component will be sufficient. We need to have in mind
that whole development is performed in qt-project. The changes are merged
from qt-project.org into tizen.org. Hence I believe we need to consider
different types of bugs:

1. Packaging and configuration bugs. Related to Qt configuration in tizen,
packages dependency, security privileges.
2. Bugs in Qt. Sometimes related to Qt Tizen Integration. Sometimes affect
more wider scope of platforms but only appear in Tizen.

In my opinion the first one should be submitted to bugs.tizen.org the
latter to bugreports.qt-project.org (there is already QtPorts:Tizen
component there). If it is not clear how the bug should be classified then
in my mind the more suitable receiver will be tizen.org. We have sufficient
infrastructure here to check it out.

Currently it doesn't make big change because in practice I will dispatch
these bugs and I'm involved in both projects.

What do you think about the one Qt5 component?
