Hi Mikko, Thank you. The best place to put this kind of info would indeed probably be the QA sanity test report. It should not only contain the test results, but also all non- out-of-the-box steps that the tester had to perform to get it running. Actually, this is already partially done as the test report includes how to install the homescreen. It should also contain how get rid of the "forbidden" sign.
Best regards,
Olivier

Hi Ning,
Thank you very much for this very valuable info !
Indeed, after a "zypper install murphy-tests" and a 'murphy-console "db
replace into amb_drivingmode values (0, 0)"", the "forbidden" sign
disappeared and I can now run apps !
Shouldn't this information be published somewhere (wiki,...) ?? I was
blocked for 3 days on this !
It's an unfortunate bug we have. See:
https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/TIVI-2689
https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/TIVI-2918
I think a proper place for these kind of workarounds would be in the
QA sanity test report (once we know them).
What we could have in the wiki is a howto to explain how to
control NightMode and DrivingMode properties w/ AMB and Murphy.
Would you be interested in taking the first step?
We have listed some howtos in
https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/IVI#Projects_pages
Anyway, thank you very much,
Thanks for your patience,
