Most of these look like issues specific to integration with Tizen. We strongly believe in driving issues back upstream where applicable.
Could you give us a specific example of how to contribute back upstream to a Genivi project, say for example the SDL code? I've tried to get a log in to the Tizen bug tracker and cherry pick some bugs to move myself but I have not received permission to access the bug database for changes (and it would be silly to have to fix the bug twice.)
