Hi, Jay I can play mp3 file normally after install three packages, they are gst-plugins-ugly libmad and opencore-amr, opencore-amr is the dependence of gst-plugins-guly. gst-plugins-ugly was recompiled with mad plugin enabled and libmad was compiled for tizen ivi too, you can inspect it in system before you play mp3 file by command "gst-inspect-1.0 |grep mad", the mad mp3 decoder was listed if there is no anything wrong.

I independently build libmad and just copied the generated .so library files to /usr/lib in the tizen rootfs. Added -enable-mad flag in .spec file of gst-plugins-ugly and recompiled it. Now, I installed the newly generated gst-plugins-ugly.rpm in tizen system. Please let me know if I have missed anything. I also changed assigned GST_RANK_SECONDARY in gst-libav for avdec_mp3, but still the MP3 gives same error and does not work. Can anybody point the solution to these problem?
