Hi,

    I am trying bring a fade in fade out effect using Weston ivi shell.. My
usecase is like this.

1) I am rendering video on a layer with another application on the layer
below.

2) I am trying to fade out the video layer when I move to another layer..

3) The logic I am implementing is the following..

                                weston_layout_surfaceSetOpacity(ivisurf, 1);
                                while (count != 100)
                                {
                                        value = (1 - (count/100));

weston_layout_surfaceSetOpacity(ivisurf, value);
                                        count++;
                                       weston_layout_surfaceGetOpacity(ivisurf,
opacity);
                                        weston_layout_commitChanges();
                                        usleep(100000);
                                }

4) But still I don't see any fade out effect..

   Can someone help me with this ??

Thanks,
Sathish
