Hi Sathish,

The latest branch of weston-ivi-shell supports transition animation when
properties of surfaces are changed.
E.g. a property is changed from visibility 0 to 1 like fade-in.
Weston-ivi-shell interoperates transition automatically when
commitchanges is triggered.
Duration of transition can be definition in Weston.ini by key:
transition-duration (ms).

A animation can be disable or enable by using a following API per
surface.

ivi_layout_surfaceSetTransition

BR,
Nobuhiko Tanibata
