I compiled the tag "rev_ivi_2015_02_04" and re-tested on my VTC1010.
Results :
Core-dev image: The image works. At least, I have a weston desktop with a
shell.
Modello-dev image : After a few unsuccessful boots, the image now starts
correctly.
=> the bug in the image referenced by the Wiki seems to be fixed.

I got it booting with security enabled in the tizen-distro tagged as
rev_ivi_2015_02_04. See

and the "tizen-merged" branch of meta-tizen for the gory details.
I hope you will be able (and have time) to reproduce that.
