I think your right. I personally don't know how to debug it correctly
otherwise I would. All I can do is try to eliminate things. Last night I
figured the last thing I can eliminate is a fresh build of MythTV. Its
been up for about 14 hours now so I think this *might* have been the
problem. (knocking on wood) All I can think is something physically
corrupted with MythTV at this point.

I wasn't trying say it was ivytv just so you know. I thought I did
everything else before I started to focus on ivytv. In my own
dissapointment after failure after failure I started thinking it was
ivytv. I must admit that I might have sounded negative but after hours
of running checks/repairs/index rebuilds on the tables and switching
parts and builds in and out. I might have been a little 'flustered' to
say the least. I'm sorry if it sounded like I was mad at ivytv or
expecially your work in general. I don't write software down to the
system level like you do but I am co-authoring a few SF projects so I
sort of know the feeling. I really like your work and cant say thank you
enough for the work you do. People like you and the work you guys do is
part of the reason I switched from only developing in house applications
to spending some of my free time building in the GPL world. Its the best
way I could think of to help give back to all the people doing this type
of thing before me. If I were more proficient in C and the linux kernel,
I would definitly try to help here too. As of now all I can do is try to
learn.

Thanks again,
-Mike
