Hello,

I bought two PVR-150 in Germany. Now i am in Russia and i can't get to
work these cards with secam. My source is cable so antenna signal
strength is OK!

First i had installed ivtv 0.3.9 and tried to get channels. If card was
set to PAL i could get the channel, but the picture was red. If i set
tuner to SECAM i didn't even get a picture. Maybe the frequency was not
right. But it was the same as with PAL.

Then i instaled ivtv 0.4.4. Now when i try to get channel in PAL i get
worse picture. Just like the frequency was not exactly right. But if i
change frequency i just get even worse picture. If i change to SECAM
mode, i get just anomalies in picture. Then i cen't even see what
channel is on.

Here is my ivtv dmesg
