The one I use is:

/usr/local/bin/ivtvctl -d /dev/video2 -c
dnr_mode=3,dnr_temporal=0,dnr_spatial=0

Note that my dnr_type is 0 (not listed, it's the default), but that link above
describes dnr_type of 0 to be "disabled".  I definitely notice a difference,
though, so I don't know what that's all about.
