I'm having a problem with my pvr500 after upgrading to kernel 2.6.16 and ivtv 0.6.x. On some channels I get a horizontal bar over the entire picture, see screenshot: http://img92.imageshack.us/img92/7454/nrk3co.jpg
I found a somewhat similar report on ivtv-devel from March, but no solution http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/ivtv/devel/28518 . When I'm using kernel 2.6.15 the picture is perfect. I have used all 0.4.x releases, 0.5.1 and the latest 0.4 branch from svn. As soon as I start using 2.6.16 and ivtv 0.6.x the line appears. I have tested all 0.6 releases. I have also tried the latest development drivers from the v4l-dvb repository with ivtv 0.6.2, but it makes no difference.
