Hi,

i installed opensuse 10.1, kernel 2.6.16.16 and ivtv-0.6.2.

I followed the instructions and ivtv gets loaded. I attached
the part in the output of "dmesg" that is related to ivtv.

When i set up my Hauppauge PVR350:
ivtvctl -c bitrate=4000000
ivtv-tune -t europe-west -c S25 # BBC
cat /dev/video >file.mpg
<Ctrl-C>

"mplayer file.mpg" plays for the time that i capured,
but the output is just "white noise", the station seems to
be not set correct. Also the dimensions (720 x 576) is
fine.

Just two days ago i ran an older distribution with older
ivtv-driver and also captured from "S25". That worked
fine.

Whenever i try to set the channel:
ivtv-tune -t europe-west -c S25 # BBC
In /var/log/messages i get:
ivtv0: i2c hardware 0x00000008 not found for command 0xc008561c

What went wrong here?

Best regards,
Torsten.
