It is simple enough to get the time from teletext, every second a packet 
30 is sent on magazine 8 which contains the date and time. You can take 
a look at http://www.linuxowl.com/vbishow.html for details on how to 
decode it. vbishow -k30 will display and decode this teletext packet.

Check http://pdc.ro.nu/packet30.html for more details on packet 30.
