Do you really need newer v4l bits for your Nova-T?

Yes, but Neil will get even more into trouble, in fact Neil's setup
isn't currently supported anywhere. Assuming he really needs latest
v4l to support his hardware then he can only match it with ivtv 0.8,
which isn't yet supported in mythtv. :/
