Then it is most likely a PG600-2 design.

As Hans already mentioned in his reply, making it work requires
compiling highly experimental code. I recommend trying it only if you
are already familiar at least with compiling your own kernel.
If that's the case, I can help you (I'm not a developer, but I've got a 
similar card working).
