Under the table is another sticker that reads

MFPE05-3-E
07306 06E 0 2 L

In the tin is a chip labelled TUA 6030

On the top of the board is a Conexant CX23416-22

ESMT M12LS4322A - AZG1P628F

W83601G 26406100-ZV

AT8P56S GIEHG652

On the bottom of the board:

NEC D64015AGM 0639EP041

ESMT M12L16161A-ASHEP62E6

I dont have a camera good enough handy, if you still desire a picture, I
can take on.

Well it's a darn shame that card doesn't give a good picture for me
after it tunes because of the antenna splitting!

Is there absolutely anything I can do to help with regards to perhaps a
work-around for the dma errors in the driver?

I have a machine with 17 WinTV PVR 150 cards, usually one locks up with
a TIMEOUT within an hour, and about 6 cards lock up over a 48 hours
period. I have set the latency to 128 (tried 252 too) on all cards.

Is it at all possible to recover from this more gracefully, without a
complete reboot of the system?

Last night I had four of the 17 cards lock up, rmmoding the driver and
reloading it brought one of them back.

If you would like me to test any patches, I'd be very grateful to be
part of the testing and help getting this issue resolved or improving on
the handing.
