I would recommend upgrading to the v4l-dvb repository from
www.linuxtv.org. The DMA issues should be fixed in that repository.
Messages like "all stream buffers full" mean that the application
reading from the device isn't reading fast enough. There have been
problems with MythTV and ivtv that are solved in the MythTV subversion
repository, if that's the app you are using.
