By changing CONFIG_FIREDTV from =m to =n, I was able to get
the new cx18 modules to build on my mythbuntu box. However,
when I install them, I get no locking, absolutely zero.
If I go back to the stock modules with the 2.6.31 kernel,
then my card will once again lock.

On the flip side, I can't seem to get much of anything out of the analog
side of this card. Any pointers on where to look, or what kinds of
things
to look for to get the analog side working? All I get is black static
when capturing on the analog side.
