The code only supports one frame buffer at the moment.
I don't think there is any really good reason for this but there are several
static variables in ivtv-osd.c that should really go into a per device
memory allocation. I don't think this would be very difficult but I am not
sure what issues we would hit after that and I only have one 350 so I'm not
in a position to test it.
