You will need to reinstall the ivtv drivers anytime you run a make modules_install (that may not be the 2.6 syntax I am still running 2.4 so...) because the directories all get cleared out.

I'm not sure what's going on here, and I'm hoping someone can help.
After first inserting my card, I compiled and installed the ivtv drivers, according to the instructions. cd driver make make install
I was able to modprobe ivtv and all the modules were added.
Unfortunately, I have a pvr150 with tuner type 50, which wasn't supported in 2.6.9.
I downloaded the new 2.6.10 kernel from kernel.org, compiled it, and rebooted.
I recompiled the drivers using the same procedure.
The drivers were created in the driver subfolder, but were not copied into /lib/modules/2.6.10.
When I modprobe ivtv, it says that it can't find the modules.
I'm using (attempting to use) ivtv-0.3.2a
I can modprobe other modules that were created during kernel compile without a problem.
