Hi,

I get the same problem over and over.

As far as I can find, it is has to do with the saa7127 and the cx25840 sharing the same i2c address.

When I specify the i2c_enable option for these two modules I can not turn off the saa7127 for the pvr-150.

(modprobe saa7127 i2c_enable=-1) does not work for me.

If you only have a PVR-150, i also have a pvr-350, then leave the saa7127 module out of your startup script.

i only have a pvr-150 but when i remove saa7127 ou set i2c_enable=-1 it freezes my computer like when i m not using the script and loading itv directly... it efreeze after the echo ivtv...

have an other idea ?

keats.

Why are you all using tuner 50? Acording to tuner.h : #define TUNER_PHILIPS_FM1216ME_MK3 38

Everything works fine here when I just use "modprobe ivtv tuner=38"
I'll try adding my PVR350 to the system this evening and see if it still works.
