It isn't really a question of put back. The MPG600 and the MPG600GR are different boards. Not very many people have the MPG600GR board, so there hasn't been much interest in supporting it. The Yuan cards are, however, somewhat popular in Japan. Myself, Jarod Wilson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, and [EMAIL PROTECTED], among others have been involved in support for the MPG600 and MPG600GR. Jarod uses the following to get the driver going: alias char-major-81 videodev alias char-major-81-0 ivtv options ivtv tuner=3D43 ivtv_debug=3 options upd64031a card=3 options upd64083 card=3 install ivtv /sbin/modprobe saa717x /sbin/modprobe mpg600gr /sbin/modprobe upd64031a /sbin/modprobe upd64083 /sbin/modprobe --ignore-install ivtv I use a different startup script which I will post as soon as I can find it.
