The inclusion of tveeprom in v4l is not a packaging decision, it
happened upstream.

The idea with the shared modules renamed to *-ivtv is that you should
try w/o the aliasing (e.g. the v4l versions), and check if it
works. If not, use the aliases to get a running system, but please
take your time to report the problems you have with the v4l developers
