A little more info: I setup a script to switch through the first 40 channels and record a 100M mpeg. I see on channels 4-6, 16-19, 29-31 that there is not static like all the other channels. It's totally red. I don't know if that's helpful info, but that's about the only odd thing I've seen so far.
