You don't mention if you have a PVR-150 or PVR-150MCE, you also don't
mention NTSC or PAL, but since you are posting from a .us TLD, I would
assume NTSC.

I have both PVR-150 models (NTSC), and couldn't get the PVR-150MCE to
work at all. The PVR-150 (aka model 1045) works great for video the
way the drivers are, but to get the audio I had to make one change in
a file. If you change the value in driver/cx25840-driver.c on line
1120 to 0x0001 the audio will work. I'm using tuner type 39 which is
giving me crystal clear video.
But, YOU don't mention what make/version your tuner is (there are plenty it appears)...which is far more important. I have a PAL 150MCE which SHOULD work the way you describe, but doesn't. Im using latest driver, tried all tuner-settings. No dice.

I am just curious who has what working with the pvr-150 on what systems?
I have been trying like a mad man the last few weeks to get audio on the
tuner, and while others have replied that its working, I haven't been able
to duplicate their results.

There are at least 2-3 patches that I am aware of, some of which work, but
not consistantly. So I thought it might be useful to start a list of who
has the PVR-150 working and the steps they took to get it up and running.
Perhaps consolidating this will help push out a new dirver release.
