Can you list out the details you took to get the 150MCE working:

ivtv driver version
patches applied to the driver
modules settings
drivers being loaded as well as sequence

I haven't picked up a 150MCE NTSC yet, but will be shortly. I currently
have one 350. Do you have your's working in conjunction with one or more
250/350's in the same box?

My tuner casing has 'TAPE HOFsomething' printed on it, tveeprom auto-detects 
it as type 47, and it works perfectly as type 47, at least on the channels 
I've tried so far. Just got crystal-clear video and perfect audio off my NTSC 
PVR-150MCE using a few of the patches and the module options listed in this 
thread. This is in a Debian box using the in-kernel tuner module from a 
2.6.10 kernel.
