I completely agree, and Chris Kennedy also mentioned not long ago he
wanted to get rid of the tuner.c in ivtv. It got added in because Ulf
wanted to get his card to work right away with the cx25840 driver (so
he could know if it was working), but wasn't sure if the tuner
definitions were exact.
