I'm trying to get a PVR-150 working. Its in a machine running Redhat 8

I'm currently using the ivtv-0.3.2i driver. I can get the picture to
come up but its jumping around and sometimes bits are missing or its
blocky. Its certainly not a stable picture.

it has the following written on the side of the card...
PAL-B/G-I-D/K-SECAM 26559 Rev C260

i load the modules with a script containing this...

/sbin/modprobe i2c-core
/sbin/modprobe i2c-algo-bit
/sbin/modprobe sha1
/sbin/modprobe md5
/sbin/modprobe videodev
/sbin/modprobe tveeprom
/sbin/modprobe cx25840 debug=1
/sbin/modprobe tuner
/sbin/modprobe wm8775 debug=1
/sbin/modprobe ivtv ivtv_first_minor=4 ivtv_std=2 ivtv_debug=1

when i modprobe the ivtv driver i get the attached printed to /var/log/message/

I'm currently testing it on composite but the same thing seems to
happen on tuner. I have managed to tune the card in so I don't think
its a problem with the tuner.

does anyone have any ideas??

This sounds like the problem i have [Thread: 150MCE PAL MythTV + more (WAS: IVTV source code repository)]. You might try some older versions of the driver. I can't remember which version gave me the best results and I haven't had time to try, but you might try 0.3.2h with jarods tuner patch.
