I have actually had two kinds of capture problems (using 2 different PVR150 cards on two different boxes, both pvr cards are exactly the same model though).
One exhibits the problem I put online at http://trantor.org.uk/~roel/test.mpg, the other is exactly like the one uploaded by Christian. The thing I find strange about both problems is that the image is corrupted periodically, twice per second or so, and in-between these 'flashes', the image appears to look fine.
