Just tested the new 0.2.0-rc3i drivers, they show the same problem as
the original test mpg I uploaded. On both boxes with both cards the
problem is  now the same. Looking at all my tests shows somthing
intimage shows something interesting : only the top half (well maybe
60%) of the picture suffers from the blockiness in all my tests.

The issue is clearly not mythtv related, all tests show the same issue
without mythtv running, just using dd from the /dev/video0 device.

While writing this, I decided to test the new 0.3.2j devel driver, and
after shutting down the power and restarting, the picture is fine !!
(well there are no blocks anymore, there still is some tearing, and
the picture looks more blurry than my 350 video (very clearly visible
in the channel logo, which is just a word. Almost looks like an
interlaced / non-interlaced problem, lines seem shifted somehow. I can
upload a test image if anyone is interested.
